Shipping: Via UPS or FEDEX ground or U.S. Postal Service - (Vendors Choice Only!).
We normally SHIP all in stock items within 7 business days from the time your order is received. Orders are shipped via UPS or FEDEX ground and U.S. Postal Service. Actual delivery time will vary according to your Zone. In the rare event that your item is "out of stock" you will be notified, and may choose to put this item on backorder or select another item. We are only shipping orders to the United States at this time.
Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control will require additional shipping time.

RETURN POLICY:
Returns on all items will be accepted for 30 days and a full refund to your credit card will be given for all merchandise returned in original saleable condition. Items returned without all original packing materials, law tags, etc. will not be accepted. OPENED PACKAGES OF SHEETS, PILLOWCASES, AND/OR ITEMS WHICH HAVE BEEN USED OR WASHED CANNOT BE RETURNED. Special orders of items that are not usually stocked, fabric, and all custom orders are not returnable. YOU MUST CALL 425-335-0614 FOR "RETURN AUTHORIZATION" BEFORE RETURNING ANY MERCHANDISE, IN ADDITION TO SENDING US AN EMAIL TO CONFIRM YOUR CANCELLATION: sales@bedandbathoutlet.com MERCHANDISE RETURNED WITHOUT A PROPER "RETURN AUTHORIZATION” WILL BE REFUSED OR RETURNED TO YOU AND NO CREDIT WILL BE GIVEN. Items, which have been authorized for return, must be returned within 5 days of authorization. We will gladly refund shipping charges on all defective merchandise, but all other SHIPPING CHARGES (including return shipping charges)
ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.
All images represent our products to the best of our ability within the limits of the Internet and computer graphics. Unfortunately, individual computers reproduce color in vastly different spectrums; depending on video cards, monitor settings etc. In light of this we cannot guarantee that the image you see accurately portrays the actual product colors, texture or pattern. The customer will be responsible for all freight charges incurred in shipping and/or returning of products for this reason.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER MUST BE BY PHONE ONLY DURING NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS (9:00 AM--5:00 PM Mon-Fri Pacific Standard Time) LISTED FREIGHT CHARGES WILL APPLY TO ALL ORDERS SHIPPED PRIOR TO OUR RECEIVING YOUR CANCELLATION NOTICE BY PHONE AND E-MAIL. IF YOU REFUSE AN ORDER WHICH HAS BEEN SHIPPED TO YOU PRIOR TO OUR ACKNOWLEDGED RECEIPT OF YOUR CANCELLATION, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR BOTH THE FREIGHT CHARGES TO YOU AND THE RETURN FREIGHT CHARGES BACK TO US.
